Instructions of Use:
- Select the appropriate size of the leg traction belt from the available options (S, M, L, or XL) based on your leg measurements.
- Attach the traction pulley securely to a stable overhead support, such as a door frame or ceiling hook, ensuring it is at a suitable height.
- Place the leg traction belt around your leg, making sure it fits snugly but comfortably. Adjust the belt straps for a secure fit.
- Connect one end of the string to the traction pulley and the other end to the sand or water bag.
- Fill the sand or water bag with the desired weight (as recommended by a healthcare professional) and ensure it is securely closed.
- Lie down on a flat surface, such as a mat or bed, and position yourself in a comfortable supine position.
- Place the spread bar along the length of your leg, just above the traction belt, to distribute the traction force evenly.
- Carefully position the sand or water bag on the floor or a stool near your foot, ensuring it can move freely during traction therapy.
- Begin the traction therapy by gently pulling the string, applying a controlled and gradual traction force to the leg. Start with a low force and gradually increase it based on comfort and tolerance.
- Maintain the traction force for the prescribed duration as advised by a healthcare professional.
- After the therapy session, release the traction force by slowly releasing the string. Remove the leg traction belt, traction pulley, spread bar, and sand or water bag.
