Instructions of Use:
- Ensure that the door used for the traction therapy is securely closed and cannot be opened accidentally during the session.
- Sit comfortably on a stable chair or stool in an upright position.
- Attach the traction header to the back of your head, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. Adjust the straps as needed to hold the traction header in place.
- Place the door traction pulley at the desired height on the top edge of the door, ensuring it is securely positioned.
- Thread the string through the traction header and connect it to the sand or water bag, ensuring a secure attachment.
- Fill the sand or water bag with the prescribed weight, making sure it is securely closed.
- Connect the other end of the string to the spread bar, ensuring a secure attachment.
- Carefully position the spread bar over the door traction pulley, allowing the string to pass freely through it.
- Sit upright and position your head in a neutral position, aligning it with the traction header.
- Gently pull on the traction string to apply the desired traction force, keeping your neck and head aligned. Maintain the prescribed tension throughout the therapy session.
